I.ve been messing around trying to play banjo for years I'm pretty much self taught, [ absolutely the wrong way to go!] Studied the Earl Scruggs book for years. The wife and I have a band in Southeast Ohio area in which I play Guitar and sing. someone about ten to eleven years ago stuck a guitar in my hand and said here sing a song and Iv'e been stuck letting someone else play the banjo. But, my heart has been always wanting to play the banjo so, thats one reason for the new banjo. I enjoy getting on the Hangout and reading all the views and different methods and seeing the banjos for sale. I really enjoy this site thats one reason I finally decided to sign up for the Forum Thanks, Frank
