Born very luckily into a musical family and sang from birth. Played guitar from the age of 11 and was lucky to be exposed to all kinds of folk music from the UK and America. Sang with my father and brother and sister in various line ups over the years. Lots of lovely harmony! I taught guitar from the time I left school, and sang for a living. Started writing my own songs very late - at the age of 40, and am about to release my first album of songs in the next couple of months, called "Flying Visits".
