I bought my GoldTone from Andy Banjo's in June this year. Part of the deal was a free tune up after 3 months. I could not take the time off to get down to Faversham until the Christmas break so today was the day. Bear in mind that this is new years eve Glen the guy who sold me the OB was there and happy to give my Jo the once over. He put on a new set of strings just because it was about time, tightened the head and adjusted the neck. Thrown in was a quick lesson on how to easily put strings on so they'll come off as well. We had a nice chat about things and just a nice 30 minutes and all for free. As is always the case at Andy's you are made to feel welcome and unhurried with a large chunk of personal attention thrown in. I have nothing but praise for them and would highly recommend them.

	Banjules says: 12/31/2014 6:31:57 AM Just a note, they are a workshop and not a showroom so don't expect a shop environment. they prefer you to book an appointment so that they can get some instruments out for you to try. Don't let that put you off in anyway all their staff are craftsman they don't have a specific salesman but they are very happy to spend time with you and to chat over a cuppa. I went down there twice before I actually bought mine and always felt very welcome.

	harveytee says: 12/31/2014 10:51:41 AM I visited eagle music when I was in sheffield as it was only a 40 minute to an hour drive (rather than the 4 hour one from home) and was amazed. I've never seen so many banjos, I need to go again I only got there a bit before closing so I didn't have much time, I'd love to play a prucha (I was given a deering good time which I really don't like)

	simesa says: 1/1/2015 4:18:33 AM The real problem is that living in the midlands, I either have to drive many days north, to Huddersfield, or many days south to Andy Banjo... About time Joe Mac came out of retirement and opened a banjo shop in the midlands. I reckon it would be the Carlsberg of Banjo shops!

Sounds like Andy Banjos have done a good job with the set-up - and it's great to hear of another company in the UK who are offering good customer service for the banjo.
