Hi to all U.K. pickers,

Only 3 weeks left to our Cancer Charity picking weekend, at carriages, Gatesheath, Tattenhall CH3-9AH. All are welcome. Come along and enjoy the full weekend of bluegrass, while helping to overcome cancer. Camping on site. More detail if required

Proceeds to The Chrstie Hospital Manchester. Young Persons Oncology dept. Together we can help make it a thing of the past. but we need your support. Stop cancer now. Cheers Helsby (Dave)
	g3zdm says: 9/23/2014 4:35:26 AM Might be able to make it on the Saturday (no Cancer Research UK gigs or busks that day with my Rock band , "Loose Change" ). Friday busy, Sunday have to visit parents in care home. Won't be staying overnight.

Ih and a bit of a random question, but has anyone heatd of a great banjo player from the the chester/Wirral/L'pool area called Simon Duncan. He's in his early 50's and ha played in a bluegrass band calledwhite lightning. I think he's some kind of lawyer now. I was at Polytechnic with him in the 1980's but lost contact with him. He also plays a mean penny whistle
