I love my '76 Bellflower, but I played a 2 1/2 hr gig with it and the weight just about killed me.
I've got a chance to buy a woody block rim with cocobolo tone ring that was custom made for a '98 vintage. I just wondered what are the chances it would slip in without recutting the heel, which I would not want to do.If I had to make a shim,I wouldn't mind.
With a 22 year difference,I suppose I'd have to be lucky for it to fit,but just wondered what the concensus thought is. thanks............Rod
