This is a question for Geoff. What drum dial number is good for a Stelling? I have a Virginian and I have it at 92 which sounds pretty good. I can't really tell what note it is tuned to, I would guess G. Thanks

	Geoff Stelling says: 6/10/2014 8:39:55 AM 91 is my choice, too. It is close to an A or A flat. On a new head, I may crank it up to 92 and check it a day or two later and reset it it to 91.
	Ybanjo says: 6/15/2014 5:14:16 PM I usually set it to 91, but sometimes I like a little bassier sound, so I set it to 90.5. I have a pre-war Gibson to handle the brighter bluegrass tunes and the Stelling for more mellow tunes.
