I am selling a 2004 Crusader Deluxe.. It's in superb condition with a small amount of wear on the armrest. I've never played this banjo out so no dings anywhere. I purchased this banjo from Chris Warner in March 2011. It was custom made for Chris by Stelling. It can be heard on the Stelling banjo Anthology. I'm trying to determine a fair selling price for this instrument. I appreciate any help you can contribute. Sincerely, John Schleich

	Geoff Stelling says: 4/1/2014 10:15:34 AM The fairest price is going to be the most you can get out of it and still have a happy buyer. Chris has to be the happiest since he paid nothing for it and sold it after playing it a few of years. If you can sell it for more than you paid, you should be happy. The max that would be fair would be what swome one could buy a new one for at about $5750 from a dealer discounted 25% off list. With some obvious wear on the plating, you should be happy with a price about $300 below that in case your potential buyer would want to buy a new engraved gold plated armrest. As the manufacturer, I would not pay more than what it would cost to build another one minus the cost of a new armrest. Best of luck.
