I feel like a proper member of this group now. Just bought a Red Fox, 9 years old but mint, still has original strings, Thanks for putting in a spare set Geoff. My playing is still rubbish but better sounding rubbish. I absolutely LOVE it (the banjo)

	kmwaters says: 2/8/2014 9:06:18 AM You will fall in love with it if you have not already. Better banjos are more fun. When you hit a few good ones, it's ecstatic. That's the biggest downside to cheap banjos - you can play well and it still doesn't sound that well.

Now, they all sound great so you could have had the same great sound with, say, a Bellflower. But what the heck - go hog wild with a great looking banjo, too.
