I've tried contacting you via the tech support email address and also forwarded the email on to Sherry's address but I guess you didn't get my message. It may well have ended up in your junk mail folder.

I have a few of query's I need answered before ordering some accessories.

Strap

I plan to purchase a Stelling Leather Strap through your website but you don't have any photographs or details on your site just a price.

I note that JDMC sells Stelling embossed straps with the Chicago screws. Are these the same ones you have?

They look really smart.

I know that many banjo players like this type of strap attachment but I'm not so keen on the weight of the banjo being suspended on two hooks. I just think the cradle strap provides much better support.

Some strap makers include an optional cradle attachment  strap with the Chicago style fitting.
 

D Tuners

I have also been giving a lot of thought to fitting D Tuners to my Master Flower

I note you sell Keith D Tuners and Schaller D Tuners and that the Schallers match the
Stelling Pegs.

Does this mean the Keith tuners do not match the Stelling Tuners.

I would much prefer the Keith tuners but I don't want to spoil the peg head  by fitting tuners that look out of place.

Would I need to drill larger holes in the peg head to accommodate the D tuners ?

This is something I wouldn't want to undertake.

Truss Rod Cover

I would also like an engraved truss rod cover. The website offers two options Gold tinted MOP or White MOP but I'd really like to retain the style of the Master Flower truss rod cover. Is that possible?

MasterFlowers come with either a white or gold mop truss rod cover. I am very low on white ones so I have been using gold for the last few months. Problem with ordering on a Friday is that Sherry is not here till the following Monday as she works at our antique mall Thurs. thru Sunday. n We're trying to remedy that situation pronto.

I have since added the query about the truss rod cover which wasn't on my original list. No problem about the delay I just wanted to make sure the order and payment went though ok before ordering more items.
