It has a very strange 5th string capo setup with 7 holes drilled in the side of the neck with (threaded) brass inserts in each hole. The actual capo piece is MIA but I would like to find out more about it with the intent of buying/fabricating the actual capo piece. Unsure of the thread pitch but will figure it out. I believe I am the second owner so presumably this was installed for Hub at some point. Any help would be appreciated. I will post pics in one of the other forums when I get the chance.

	TTtheBear says: 2/17/2024 6:14:32 AM I love it. I fabbed a capo that works great. Biggest problem is finding a way to keep the capo handy while playing. I'm also debating having the neck and resonator refinished and the flange and hoop re-plated. It's got the highly checked finish due to the problems with the first batch.

I live near Rochester and a few months ago I had John Bernunzio do some work on my Stelling Bellflower (removed compensated nut, and replaced with standard nut). He needed to have my Stelling for a couple weeks and he lent me "your Hub Nitchie Stelling" for those two weeks. I had it at a couple rehearsals and one gig and liked it. Enjoy!!
	rtcfiddle says: 6/2/2024 7:17:42 PM TTtheBear, I was able to make some clips for your banjo that fit nicely in those 7 holes for the 5th string. If you have ever seen those small bungee cords that are about 8 inches long, the hooks at the end are an exact fit for those holes and can be used as capo's. I got a few of those small bungee cords at Harbor Freight and just cut off the hooks.
