I am about to view a second hand Stelling Red Fox for possible purchase. What paperwork should be with it, and should it have a Tony Pass rim? Apart from the serial number which I believe might be 4958 (final digit is unclear) what else should I check?

	5 String says: 4/10/2022 3:55:40 PM Stelling started using Tony Pass rims in 2002. If the banjo you are looking at is serial # 4958, it was manufactured in 1999 and should have a 3-ply rim in it, unless someone later had it re-outfitted with a Pass rim. This banjo would not have had a Tony Pass rim in it at the time of manufacture.
	Geoff Stelling says: 4/11/2022 2:35:09 PM Keelbolt, Pass rims did not come on Stellings till mid 2002 and 2003 full time. Yours does not have one. Buy it anyway. It's a great investment in its original form.
