Hello fellow Stelling fans. I have put my Stelling Hartford T up for sale with a local music store near me in southern NH. The Hartford T as most of you know was made after Geoff made the Timbertone for John Hartford. All wood rim, no tone ring or hoop. I bought it from Mandolin Bros. in NY back in 2013. I cleaned it up, had Master Luthier Jack O'Brien of Jaffrey, NH replace the fingerboard with a radius one and Geoff Stelling graciously made a new name plate for it. The original was damaged. It's only 1 of 9 made by Geoff, serial number 2619 from 1983. With the exception of the fingerboard and bridge all hardware is original. It's got a more low and subtle tone, but can be loud as Stellings are known for. I have it on consignment with Retro Music in Keene, New Hampshire. Ask for Jeff. A real nice guy.
