i get so dishearten to hear how everyone is progressing and i have been trying to play for 8 months on the 23rd of oct ,

Here's my first two you tube vids . I'm doing the dooley song one slow version with simple roll and the faster version i did with a guy on a banjitar for back up and we had never played together but sounded not to bad . Try to make it thru the second vid if ya can take it .

This is just a simple roll

3-2-1-2 them 4-2-1-2 and just do over and over but add chord changes

I did my first 100 songs this style before moving on to better things but it also made it possable to play along with others and at a resionable fast pace . 	Scott Barnbilly56 says: 2/24/2012 1:23:23 PM Well in evolving banjo learning i have advanced on some rolls and doing some songs using the forward reverse roll for one and will replace my youtubes with newer versions but still waiting on my new clawhammer banjo from jannet davis . Did'nt know it would be a four week wait so far but did have em add a fifth string capo on it like my other gold tone has . Working on grandfathers clock and banjo in the holler tabulature right now for correct playing on pick'in . Glad to see ya checked in . Happy pick'in and grin'in big . Scott
