A link between jigs and the blues?

From Bluesage on 12/4/2011 2:25:48 PM

In a discussion found on the clawhammer forum located on my website, I shared a video explaining how I use 6/8 technique for triplet runs when playing the blues.

You can find the discussion topic (and video) by visiting the Progressive Clawhammer Forum and then navigating to:  Progressive Clawhammer / Anyone have the blues? (video is at the bottom of the page).

Have any of you experiment around with this idea?
