Hi Guys, Good to have a group that fosters learning by ear, rather than chasing those little dots all over the paper. I'm a Murphy Method student, so you'll probably hear me mention it from time to time. I'm looking forward to a good group. Augie

I have also had a few custom lessons done by Casey and hope to have some Skype lessons with her later in the year along with the great advice anf hopefully some lesson from this outstanding group of people like KIDD and banjophobic.
	Augie says: 1/28/2011 7:32:12 PM Hi Dave, Yes I have gotten through Banjo in the Hollow, Cripple Creek, Cumberland Gap, Boil Them Cabbage Down (Low and High Break) and I saw the light. I work with Beginning Banjo Vol 1, Banjo for Misfits, and Slow Jam with Murphy and Casey. I'm also working with Capos, Chords and Theory. I believe that I am doing as well as an old guy with no music experience can. I can do lots of stuff, none at speed but good and steady and I can recognize goofs by ear. You are lucky to have had lessons by any of the Henrys. I didn't know that Casey was going to do Skype lessons. I will definitely do that when it's available. They are the very best folks to help beginners. I would be glad to keep an ongoing status with you. Augie
