I love the tone of my Pisgah too--love it. However, the tailpiece bracket is mounted off center so that I need to twist the tailpiece to keep the strings from pulling the bridge to the side. I also don't think I am being picky--for the price, it seems like it should be mounted properly.

Were the frets that way when you first received it? My first thought about frets sticking out, is lack of humidity.

They were like that...It is cold, wintery, and dry here in Indiana, but I've only experienced this, as extreme, with an inexpensive ukulele.

I added a fret photo representative of ALL of them. Also a pic of one of 2 apparent tear outs on the outer wall of pot/rim.

I took a look at your pictures. Fret ends being exposed in cold weather is a common issue with most fretted Insturments. As for the tear out on the rim, I will need to look at that up close to see what the issue is. I am happy to repair the fret ends free of charge. I can take a look at the rim and repair or replace it. The banjo is covered under a lifetime warranty and I stand by my work. I am also happy to give you a full refund if you are not satisfied with your banjo. I know that everyone have different tastes in banjos. Also please contact me directly for addressing these issues. I stand behind all my work and want folks to be happy with their banjo.

Patrick.
