It has been a long journey - I started with guitar and made the switch to banjo but never connected with my past resonator banjos and lacked inspiration. Fittingly after I moved to Georgia I figured out that what I really wanted to play was mountain minor sounding clawhammer. Found Pisgah online and already had a trip to Asheville on the calendar so I arranged a visit with Patrick. The first banjo that I played was exactly what I had wanted, style, options, and sound. Oh that sound! I'm very very happy with my purchase and have been playing it every day since!
