I've had my new Pisgah Appalachian for a week now. Love it.
It is very cool looking, the wood work is superb, it's nice and light, and comfortable to play. Photos really don't capture how perfect everything is.
The neck is great. I'd like a guitar or mandola with a neck shaped like this. It fits my left hand perfectly. Thumb falls right where it should. I really think the persimmon fretboard is beautiful and feels nice.
Have not played banjo in years, but this one sounds great right up the neck. After I've had it awhile, will write a formal review.
Glad to see others happy with their Pisgahs. The guys have something cool going on in Asheville.
