I'm playing an Atlas, 11 inch pot and frosted head, tuned down three half steps in what many would call "double C" tuning. This gives me the same key of A my wife is capoed up to on her Martin/Vega. I pick up with a metal Dunlop pick on my index, and frail down with a plastic guitar finger pick on my middle finger. I don't use a thumb pick. My wife uses mizrabs, a pick used by sitar players which allows you to brush/pick the strings in both directions, as well as a plastic thumb pick. This is an old timey version of this familiar song.
