Yesterday, a student came over with his brand new , fresh-out-of-the box Nechville. He was very excited, but had a couple of problems with its setup.
I gave it my level best, but we weren't quite there yet. Called Tom on Facetime and he spent an hour looking over my shoulder and getting it to where we wanted it.
I have seen Tom go to extraordinary measures over the years to make sure a customer is satisfied. Just another reason why I'm proud to work with him.
