I did it, bought the maple Classic Deluxe! Proof is in my slightly goofy new avatar. Had to hunt around to find one with the exact features I wanted, but it's happened thanks to Mike Sparber at Sylvan Music (boy, the Nechville online site is helpful, that's how I came upon this particular instrument).
