Tom and I had a great time last weekend at RiverCity Music Festival in Portland. It was so nice to meet "electronic friends" face to face.
One fellow came in and walked over to me, and said, "Are you Al Price?"
Being in smart aleck mode, I responded, "Are you the law?"
He answered, "No but I used to be." I started to wonder if there were any transgressions in my past that had come back to haunt me.
And then we talked banjos and he showed me his Phantom.
Several members of this group took the time to come to the Banjo Tasting Room and visit. A few even walked out with new instruments and/or radical modifications to their present ones.
Thanks to you who helped make the Nechville Room a hub of activity.
