I have just bought a gorgeous Classic DLX from Terry Mieger. On my old banjo, I used a Mike's Mute and was really pleased with it, both for ease of application and tone quality. BUT, it doesn't fit on the Enterprise bridge that came with my Nechville. Can anyone suggest a solution? Like what do you all use on your Nechvilles? If Al or Tom see this, what do you recommend? Thanks. I really, really love this banjo!! OK, I'll stop before I start gushing. . .

	Yellowhouseroad says: 5/14/2011 6:15:45 AM Use clothespins! Thant's what I do. From what I can hear from the mute, you can get the same sound and tone with clothespins. I got this trick from Benji Faming.

	budbennett says: 7/14/2011 7:05:18 AM i just don't worry about it. i used to use a mute but it kind of annoyed me so i figured i could be annoyed or some members of my family could be annoyed and i chose to annoy them. when they watch TV i go into a different room and practice and if i'm too loud they turn up the TV. it's worked out pretty well all in all.
