Don't get mad. I'm not trying to sell anything. In fact, I'll bet every one of you already has one of these.
I play seated. Back trouble. I play my LNs on the lower frets. But that left arm in the air kills me after about five minutes.
So a few weeks back I turned a little sideways in the seat and propped my arm on the chair's backrest. Voila! No aches or pains.
This particular chair cost me seven bucks at a thrift shop. It's in the basement. We use it to sit and wait out the last few minutes of the washing machine's spin cycle.
For me, at least, this works! And if you want a fancier model, I'm sure you can find one but I can't vouch for the price.
