Pete Seeger has died.Although he brought a lot of light into our lives,the world is a darker place today.The word legend is overused these days ,but in Petes case it is totally applicable.Rest in Peace Pete Seeger and Thank you.

	vega long neck says: 1/28/2014 5:08:05 AM In the past 18 months I have 're read his "Incompleat Folksinger" and the biography using his own letters and documents. Even though I certainly did not believe all his politics he was a touchstone of reality throughout my life, 31 years of which I was a Naval Aviator. My (See her model Vega) went on all of my deployments and was "worked" hard. I do believe he was a Patriot that most can only dream of.

	finnslr says: 1/28/2014 6:07:03 AM I meet Pete at Woodyfest years ago. He was playing in the park on a bench, about ten people standing around. I will never forget the joy in his eyes as he sang and played Skip to my Lou. Any time ANY of us pick up a banjo and sing with it (especially a long neck) we have him by our side. Thanks Pete.
