Morning, I found a P'MICO soprano Uke. I plan on restoring it and would like some information on this (I think 1920's era uke). I placed a picture on my home page.
Any idea what type of strings this might have had when made? The current few strings on it look like somebody tried to use fishing line...LOL...
Uke has numerous cracks from the wood drying out, neck appears fine with all of the peg tuners!!! But the neck is loose.
Looking forward to any help about this uke you may provide.
PS: only paid $16+ tax
