. . . that some people feel the need to advertise aggressively and inappropriately. This is a group by and for people interested in folk banjo, and is explicitly not a group for people interesting in random advertisements. Very sad indeed.

	Marc Nerenberg says: 7/23/2012 1:46:41 PM Why don't you write the group's administrator and express your concerns. He has the ability to delete content. I administer several groups and systematically delete these off-topic advertising links as soon as I become awre of them. Of course, they aren't "random" advertisements, as you describe them. they pretty much always come from the same person, whose approach to posting I would liken to carpet-bombing.

I look to the right and see "ads" for things. I'd like to see input from others on whether or not they find these useful, though, before getting out the axe.
