1969 Martin D-18 Dreadnaught Guitar
This is a Vintage1969 Martin D-18 Dreadnaught Guitar. This guitar has a spruce top and mahogany back and sides. This has all the sound and “mojo” of a vintage Martin. Well balanced - the bass is great without sacrificing good midrange and sparkle. This guitar is in solid structural and cosmetic shape. This guitar was recently setup by Richie Dotson. The only notable blemishes on this guitar are:
1 - The former owner replaced the original tuners with modern Schaler tuners. These tuners share the same footprint and screw holes as the original. I do not have the original tuners.
2 - There is a scratch on the lower bout that someone had applied a little cover-up stain. It doesn’t affect anything, but it needs to be pointed out (see pics and video)
Other than that - this guitar is an excellent vintage 60s Martin at a great price.

I am pricing this guitar at $2200 (OBO). The price includes VINTAGE hard-shell case.
