I have been a long time customer (many decades) of Elderly. I have always had timely communications with them.
However, I have found an exception to this. I am trying to place and pay for a large string order but for the first time I cannot because I get this message... 'Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address.'
After a number of fruitless attempts to get this to work, I resorted to contacting them via their website.
After a period with no response, I resorted to a direct email. After a number of days, still no response.
Because of this delay, one of the items is now is out of stock.
Has anyone experienced this from them.

If this is the email address you are using, then I don't have any other suggestions.
That is the amail addresss I used. I have reached out to Keith Billik.
I've been noticing on elderly that some products have tags (those little pill-shaped notices) that say "Intl Fees." I'd never noticed them before the whole tariff situation.
I'm guessing with the tariffs that there are some things that maybe they don't bother to ship internationally?
Some of your products might have some notice somewhere that says it won't ship internationally, and that holds up the whole order.
Elderly is great, but they are kind of mom and pop, so things like discoverability and error prevention/correction are probably not high on their list.
I'd guess if you were willing to pay the international calling rate, you could just call their normal number with the US country code. But I'm not an expert on the phone aspect of phones.

I have never had any issues with shipping (large or small items) internationally with Elderly. In the past they have been quick and helpful for any quiries I have had. This is the only time I am having problems. I am ordering strings for multiple people here so shipping isn't really a problem.
