Weather still hot. Been in the upper 90s all week so far. Weather person says we'll hit 100-102 the rest of this week. Was hoping the 100s were over. No such luck.

Dang pill DEMANDS that, no matter how hungry or thirsty I am, I must take it with no more than 4 oz plain water, and then NOTHING for 30 minutes.
And THEN, I may have coffee and food.
I guess that's just nature's way of telling me I should have avoided becoming diabetic.
