So long and RIP Dolly!!!

she was an icon for sure.... and did a lot for upcoming musicians and her community .... one of a kind .... and a giant in the music industry.

I just heard - that’s sad news, she was a genuine star. When I had a litter of puppies 5 years back, I named them all after country and bluegrass artists, I have Dolly curled at my feet as I type this.
I've not been involved, but as often as not when I hear her name, her "Imagination Library" comes to mind. https://imaginationlibrary.com/ RIP.
CNN is over two hours and running on Dolly. No other stories. The first hour had no commercials.
That was a kick in the gut. I'm convinced that she knew she did not have long to live, but kept it quiet because she did not want he fans to worry about her. She always thought of others first. I ran into her at the Nashville Airport and she spoke to me like she knew me ....... just the best! RIP ...... life well lived!
