The only time I got a kidney stone it acted like a clock. Every hour I'd get dry heaves. They gave me one of those plastic bag thingies to throw up in, but nothing came out. It just served as a pretty accurate timepiece. Every hour on the hour.

It depends on what material was used to foster them..

There are smooth ones ..ones like this..n ones that look like jagged rock cand..or even a stone snowflake..

I am not going to have it tested to find out..but me guess in me case this is a uric acid one...

But I can not be sure..by sight alone.

I have done smooth ones ..rock candy ones..n now this type..
Diet ...n..lack of water can play roles in these things..

that looks like it belongs in a pile of driveway gravel......
