Maria Mari is a successful Neapolitan song, composed by Di Capua and Russo in 1899. In the last century it was relaunched by Louis Prima (an Italian-American musician from New Orleans) who, with the title "Oh, Marie" transformed it into a jazz-pop song full of swing: I was inspired by this version.
