Given the nature of the festival, the words "claw" and "hammer" come to mind.  Maybe you could be the Hammerclaw band.  Or something like that.  Just a thought.  The Lobster Claw Hammers.  Wear a lobster claw oven mitt on your right hand with the palm cut out.

There was a Canadian singer in the 1960’s/70’s, Stevedore Steve, who wrote a minor hit song called “Lester the Lobster”

"The LobStars" might work, but it could also be the name of a men's-league softball team.
"The Chowdah Heads" is endearingly self-deprecatory.
"The Finestkind String Band" says it all!

The"soggy bottom lobster boys"...

I don't know how to present it,but an award winning film was made in the 60s called "Two Faces of the Sea" about Port Clyde fishing and lobstering in the late 60s.
I remember when the film crew was here and the village was talking about the "movie" being made.
I'm related to 90% of the fishermen in it and these waters and scenes are Port Clyde and our people.

When "Chet" is being talked to on the radio that's my Dad.
Doug is my 1st cousin (house next door beside the General Store and the scene of chowder being served through the rainy window is of my Grandmother Fannie Davis,Gramp doing the serving and Doug's brother Ronnie Davis Anderson.
