Thanks Jim. Gives me the confidence to be one a picker. I’m using my wife’s banjo at present but I want to buy something off marketplace asap. It will be my first I plan on becoming a pretty good player so I want something decent. I know you are busy but if you were in my shoes, which Jo’s catch your eye? Top of my list is a Bishline with tunneled 5th. Then maybe a cheaper one like the Gibson with the 61 neck and 58 body. Any advice so I can fulfill my destiny? Thanks again for the lessons. Maybe you can review specifically what a double roll looks like and what fingers are being utilized. Kind of hard to tell what your bottom boys are doing.
Thanks Jim for all your instructional videos. I am learning for about 8 months and just now feel a big improvement. I have not viewed the backup videos yet but plan to. At 66 my hands have had many injuries and broken fingers that make it difficult to play but I enjoy it anyway and it is improving. I find the memory can be the hardest part.
Thank You Jim.
