How long have you been playing?

How long I've been playing is a tricky question! I first started 20 years ago in college, learned three songs and then put the Banjo down until about 2 years ago when I picked it up in earnest. During the last two years, I've probably had 10 months of layoffs due to work / distractions etc, so I've probably got in about 14 months of really working at it... progress comes slow to me.. I wasn't blessed with an inate sense of timing or great manual dexterity.
