well it's been a year actually since my last blog and probably visit to the hangout.
I been busy (still playing) setting up a Mountain Bike Downhill Race team: www.teamrockgardener.co.uk
but today has found me back here, just like the lyrics to Hotel california "you can check out but you can never leave" :)
