I got this from Ken Perlman's recent (May '07?) tab in Banjo Newsletter. I took some liberties with Ken's arrangement to adapt it to 2-finger style and to make it my own. Since I've never heard it played, I don't really know how "right" it is. D/D tuning, 2finger style.

I was fortunate enough to sit right in front of Ken playing banjo and Guitar in a small UK Kent pub a few years back and was in awe of his talent and dedication to music. You both will have certainly done him proud with your beautiful rendition of this piece.

Tish and I were able to sit with Ken and play knee to knee for a couple of hours a few months ago. My version of this waltz and his worked well together. Now if only I could play with half the skill Ken does :-)

Would have loved to have sat in on that one Chip...!
Your playing is right up there with the best I've heard Chip and you would fit right in with anyone, thanks for contributing your music, it's a real pleasure to have your tunes playing in the background (I'm at work on my own all night in a darkroom) and listen intently to the skill and feeling you put into them all....David......
