Yesterday our daughter-in-law gave birth to our fourth grandchild, Camille. Our other daughter-in-law had a boy in February, so that is two for us this year! The first three each has his/her own banjo tune composed by Grandpa so with this one Camille joins them. Heading down to Philadelphia in a few minutes to see the little one and the proud parents. In Double C.

Rick, congratulations on the arrival of your new granddaughter. What a wonderful addition to your family. Your tune celebrating her arrival is wonderful! You grandchildren have a very special Grandpa 😀

Janet and Doug, thanks for the nice comments. Just got back from Philly. Camille had apparently aspirated some stuff during birth so they have her in the NICU until things clear up, but she is already making progress because her breathing is a lot less labored. She looks healthy and has good color. Of course my on and daughter-in-law are sad that the baby can't be with them in mom's hospital room; hopefully the NICU won't last too much longer.
