I really don't know what to call this, maybe a modified Seeger strum, but whatever it is, it's kind of what I'm going for, except that I would like to go further in this direction and I'm not sure how to make that happen. I recorded this with bare fingers on an Epiphone MB 250, key of Bb (G formation, capo at the third fret).
