Thanks Todd. I thought i could put some lead guitar in, but after listening to Doc and Merle do this...i gave up on any lead guitar!!! I saw Merle play banjo in the 70's. He had a great version of 'little maggie' and 'interstate rag'.....but he did this 'claw' style!!!

Thank you Maestro. I love this version...the way that Gaither Carlton played it and passed it on to Merle Watson...I think there is a video of Merle doing it somewhere. So many ways to do this song! I think this has an old time flavor. Would love to hear you play it!!!
