BHO member Dan Hayes reminded me of this old time number. My clawhammer attempt at it-I played along with Bob Carlin's recording of it on "Fiddle Tunes For Clawhammer Banjo" a bunch of times until I got it-not just like Bob but I think there's some of his stuff in here...

Well played, James, I love the lush brushes. Ironically, I think this started out as a finger style banjo piece, Sam McGee used to pick it.

Thanks a lot, Don. I think you're right-I was searching for versions of this on "Spotify"-do you use that?-and one of them was by Sam and Kirk done fingerstyle. Maybe something to try in the future...
