I learned Folding Down the Sheets from Adam Hurt in a banjo workshop here in Portland a couple of years ago. My son Erik subsequently absorbed it from hearing me play it around the house. One night he was messing around with it and started playing it in a minor key. I thought it sounded cool, so I learned this version from him. I started jokingly calling it Shorting the Sheets.
