I am in the midst of teaching this to my violin student class. There are 3 violin parts for my students and I play the banjo. Weird or what? it works and they are enjoying it.
Hope you enjoy

It's beautiful. Fiddle and banjo--what could be better, very American, now very international.

Actually I thought of you when I put this up. I thought the first one to jump on this will be Janet. I had the mic closer to me, that is why the ladies sound quiet, and I had it set on choir which picks up in a figure 8 pattern. Only 2 would play. 1 played the melody and the other played the 3rd part - hence the drone sound. Very Scottish. This arr is "transposed" from bagpipe music.
It is very common in Ireland for fiddle and concertina or accordion, and I think you're right about the banjo and fiddle, usually Appalachian isn't it?

That's an interesting tune I listened to in the repetition. Admiration for this teacher, as pupils enjoy playing a musical instrument. Perhaps they are using the website with examples of persuasive essays so they don't waste time writing. Especially such complex ones as compelling essays. Unfortunately, I missed this moment in my life when I wanted to study music. Now my family doesn't have time for that.
