I enjoyed all of your audios. Your mic/recorder makes your banjo sound very good!
BTW--I love Mike Iverson's site--so generous! And I have Dan Levinson's book, too. I don't use tabs much because I'm too impatient. I get the tuning from it, and maybe an insight or two, but I mostly fake it.

Hey Gene, I discovered your spotted pony recording in the 'newest additions ' section of the media archive. Thanks for the comments. I've used a few different recording setups over the last few years but never anything too elaborate. My little Tascam hand held recorder seems to work the best.
