It's about time I posted some of my playing so here you go: one of my original tunes, Couchie's Point. I wrote it a goodly number of years ago and had even long forgotten it but a friend happened to have hit the record button at the time and, better yet, still had the tape.

Thanks for the nice comments everyone. Couchie's point is an actual place on Lake Nipissing. It was named, like a lot of things around there, after my forefathers.

Very, very nice. The picking is clean and expressive. The change-ups from minor to major and back keep the tune interesting. This is what clawhammer banjo is all about, it my opinion. More, please...........

Yeah, I love that old frailing style. I like the major to minor to blues. Your banjo has a superb sound.
