Wow! That looks very nice...
I have read on BHO that an Ebony rim would not give a mellow sound, that it would produce a harsh tone. Is that true? How did this rim sound? Ebony is such a beautiful wood and it takes a lovely polished finish, so I am temped to make one myself...
