I received the thimbles yesterday, could not lay the banjo down.....actually, i played gut, nylon, steel and even Gibson Mastertone....It provided a SOLID and SWEET sound on each instrument. I remember them pictured in the SSS catalogue and thinking then how did these guys play with these weird thimbles? Thanks for producing them. Yesterday I recommended them to a lady named Mary; will continue to do so...........Bill Anderson

My thimble arrived this afternoon. A very nifty little gizmo. Works great. Looks to be more than gentle enough for the nylgut strings I prefer. Just about perfect. I got one to try. I'll certainly be ordering some spares in the near future. Thank you.
