I do believe you have the species identified correctly.  Two of the specimens in this photo have the characteristic dark feathering under the beak common in males of this species.  The third example can be identified by the swagger in his stance that indicates availability.

Yes, I don't understand your humor and would like an explanation. If you had ended your title MEN with !!!! or ???? I would understand, but don't get it here. It appears to be 3 actors I don't recognise in a film set in late 19th or early 20th century? If they were real men of the time, the photo would be black/white, so color indicates vintage since 1940. No identification on the building props behind them, although bunting is evident on one storefront. Soooo, HG, please tell us more.

Ok ok.....

The one on the right played McGuyver, the one on  the left played Q on Star Trek, the lower one.. who knows? This was taken on set of some western film. I posted this photo on the group therapy thread as a joke after someone else posted pictures of hot chicks/twins. So I posted 'hot intelligent men'.. with this pic.. it was supposed to be funny not confusing. LOL

What was funny was what came up with I did a search of hot men.. sigh.. just not what Hoosie here thinks of as hot. So I searched hot intelligent men, and a bunch of hot women came up on the search. I thought it was a lost cause, and then I stumbled across this one and it made me laugh.
