That's Sandy (Alexandra) Ogsbury -- Chuck's first wife, and Tanya's mom.
The banjo is a Model 43 (Longneck) / Grade IV: Rosewod neck w/ carved heel and "scroll" peghead; "Scroll" inlay pattern; engraved aluminum rim and hardware.
I have a matching Model 43/ Grade IV -- but it has the "square" (guitar) peghead shape; and a wood resonator, with Vega-style individual flange plates. It's in my photo album, titled:
"c1965 ODE Model 43/Grade 4 Longneck - SN:1841"
